Shipments and returns
Shipment
The goods in the Doesbot store are divided into three categories: ordinary goods weighing less than 2 kilograms, special goods with batteries and magnetism, and large packages weighing around 10 kilograms. In general, ordinary goods are sent by Yanwen Logistics, and the transportation time is 10-30 days. Special goods and large packages are sent by FedEx, DHL, and UPS, with a transportation time of approximately 10 days. After shipment, we will provide a tracking number that you can track on 17track. We usually ship within 4 days after payment. All products in the Doesbot store are shipped for free. If you are a customer from 27 countries in the European Union, the total price for sending a Yanwen small package includes VAT, while DHL, FedEx, and UPS taxes need to be paid by the customer upon receipt. If you are a customer from other regions, regardless of whether the package is large or small, any taxes that may arise will need to be paid upon receipt. Our selling price does not include any taxes. Due to supply chain restrictions, you are unable to specify a courier company. We will choose the most suitable route to send the goods to you.
Returns
The Doesbot store supports 7-day no reason return and 30 day free replacement. Specifically, within 7 days of receiving the product from you, if you are not satisfied, you can return it. Within 30 days of receiving the product from you, if there are any quality issues, we will provide you with a free replacement product. You will need to mail the return to the Chinese store, and the shipping cost to China will be borne by yourself.
Refund
For products returned within 7 days without any reason, we will provide you with a full refund upon receiving your return. you must ensure the completeness of all accessories and that there are no signs of damage caused by human error. For goods in transit, If you do not receive the goods within 60 days after shipment, we will provide you with a full refund.
